Moon Jellyfish

I decided to do an underwater piece for my final digital painting project. I really liked the movement and the glow of bioluminescent jellyfish. This one in particular is called a moon jellyfish and they can be amazing shades of purple and pink.

Happy chinese new year! I just wanted to make something bright and festive. I’ve always loved the patterns and colors in asian culture.

Glow

I’ve been having some art block lately for a few reasons but I hope this will end it. I’ve been experimenting with my style so it’s less generic. The idea for this just came into my head. Playing around with the light source was a bit of a challenge but her hair was fun.

It’s finally the holidays! I wanted to make something with snow in it. It’s a little kid that has just woken up and found out that it’s snowing outside. Whenever it snows I always like staring out the window.

Explore Your Own World
Another school project! I had to create a series of 4 images that represent my art. I’m kinda proud of it for now xD We had to give it a title and I chose “Explore Your Own World.” The animals shown are a great horned owl, a beta fish, a grant’s gazelle and a frilled lizard.

I had a project to create a book cover and I chose the secret garden. I really liked the book as a child and wanted to see it in my style. I struggled with this so much, especially the lighting. I would appreciate any constructive criticism.
